What it does
Fouled or collapsed fill is the most common reason a tower quietly stops meeting its duty. A fill change, often with new drift eliminators, can recover a surprising amount of lost capacity without touching the tower's structure. Fill is held in stock or cut to the existing tower's dimensions, measured on site.
