What it does

Each unit is sized around the duty: flow rates, inlet and outlet temperatures, allowable pressure drop and fouling factors, rather than the nearest standard unit and a hope that the margin covers the difference. Fabrication is in-house, which is also what makes re-tubing viable: where a shell is sound and only the bundle has failed, re-tubing returns the unit to full duty at a fraction of the cost and lead time of new plant.

Every unit is hydrostatically tested before it leaves, and witness testing is available on request.
